Project Title

TwistyTales is a space for mutual help and volunteer work that prioritise animal welfare. In this sense, users can choose a volunteer to take care of their pet while they are travelling.

Project Overview

SUMMARY

There are three main options for a pet when their parents are on vacation.
1. They can have someone take care of their pet in
their house
2. Have their pet go to someone else’s place
3. Take their pet with them.

What they do with them depends on :
- how
long they’re traveling
- how
much money they’re willing to spend
- how much they
trust others to take care of their extended family.

USER TESTING

Upon encountering the app, the user faced challenges in comprehending its design and navigating through its features, primarily due to the presence of multiple navigational elements in both the header and footer. Sensing the user's frustration, I embarked on a mission to redesign the app, aiming to enhance its intuitiveness and user-friendliness.

HIGH FIDELITY MOCKUPS

The hamburger menu helps maintain a cleaner and less cluttered interface.

Results

Despite the project not being fully developed or launched, I would still like to evaluate its success based on key performance indicators such as the :
1.
NPS score, which provides insights into the value the product could potentially add to users' lives.
2. Additionally, I would consider metrics like
retention rate to measure the number of users who continue using the product over time,
3.
User engagement to gauge the amount of time users spend actively interacting with the application.
